Chef Azmin Ghahreman is a widely renowned culinary expert with over 30 years of award-winning success. Born in Iran and holds an International Diploma in Culinary Art from Collége Du Léman in Versoix, Switzerland, and attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, with concentration in French Cuisine. Chef Azmin has lived and worked all over the globe. He has served as the executive chef at 5-star resorts such as St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa, The Grand America hotel and Crystal Cruise and has created several of his own highly successful culinary businesses. Chef Azmin’s passion for advancing the quality of food has lead him to help other restauranteurs and culinary businesses to develop and perfect the art of creating world-class establishments, including destination resorts, cruise ships, country club restaurants, and other fine dining businesses. SAPPHIRE AT SCHOOL | CHEF MADE NUTRITIOUS SCHOOL MEALS
Sapphire at School was created to provide a unique foundation for schools to teach children about real foods, get them excited about fresh fruits and vegetables, and feed them delicious and balanced meals prepared by professional chefs. Our program was designed by award-winning Chef Azmin Ghahreman, proprietor and owner of Sapphire Laguna, in concert with several leading pediatric and family practice specialists. The food is based on the Mediterranean Food Pyramid, relying on healthy whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, nutritious legumes, herbs, and spices, accompanied by servings of fish and seafood, poultry and eggs, organic dairy products, lean meats, and, in spare amounts, sweets such as homemade cookies. Today, Sapphire at School serves over 4,500 healthy meals daily to students in Orange County from Pre-K to high school.

The coffee beans are 100% Arabica and roasted to order locally hours prior being shipped.
